As proof, our quality department works hand in hand with our technicians and engineers in our mines and integrated plants. While in the field, our employees take the time to collect feedback from our customers.

Ultimately, all these exchanges guarantee a high level of control, from extraction to production. They allow us to adjust our practices to always stay one step ahead. In our four fields of application: agricultural, refractory, industrial minerals and the environment, we also ensure constant regulatory monitoring. This guarantees the compliance of our products with the standards in force and anticipates legislative changes

A mastery of traceability

At every step – production, storage and transport – our products are tested according to our HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) study. They also comply with regulatory requirements for food safety and hygiene. Depending on the criticality and the market, we carry out release analyses on certain products. The goal: to guarantee impeccable safety and quality.

In parallel with its mining and industrial activity, Terresis has developed a trading activity. In order to build trusting relationships and long-term partnerships, we supervise each step with the utmost rigour: from the search to the selection, to the follow-up of each supplier.

To ensure impeccable quality and a perfect match with regulatory requirements, each selected plant is the subject of special attention. It must meet precise specifications, both in terms of the quality of its infrastructure and its societal and environmental commitment.
